New Member Welcome Reward – 10% OFF First Order
- A 10% OFF promo code will be automatically credited upon successful loyalty programme sign-up
- Sign up by 30 June 2026 to receive the welcome reward
- Applicable for first-time customers only
- Limited to one redemption per customer
- Valid on Drop & Go Snack Packs, Party Packs, and Buffet Catering orders only, excluding Bento orders
- Promo code is valid for 1 month from the date of issue
- Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, vouchers, or ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated
Birthday Reward – 20% OFF
- Earn loyalty points with every successful completed order when signed in to your CaterWow Rewards account
- Points are calculated based on the final paid amount
- Loyalty points are valid for 365 days from the date earned
- Members may receive reminder notifications before points expire
- Expired points will not be reinstated or extended
Convert Points into Reward Coupons
- 500 points may be redeemed for a $5 reward coupon
- Reward coupons redeemed using points are valid for 3 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
- Reward coupons cannot be exchanged for cash
- Only 1 reward coupon may be used per order unless otherwise stated
Refer & Get Rewarded
- Share your referral link with friends through your CaterWow Rewards account
- Both you and your referred friend will receive 1,000 bonus points upon successful referral completion
- CaterWow reserves the right to reject invalid, duplicate, self-referred, or fraudulent referrals
General Terms & Conditions
- Loyalty points and rewards are non-transferable between accounts
- Rewards and coupons cannot be combined with selected promotional campaigns unless otherwise stated
- Abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination of membership and rewards
- CaterWow reserves the right to amend programme mechanics, rewards, tiers, benefits, or terms & conditions without prior notice
- CaterWow’s decision on all programme matters shall be final
